Layers

Fifth layer – the sanitary inner layer

The last layer is an inner layer that is soft to the touch and white in color. It has a smooth surface that prevents dirt from sticking or the growth of bacteria and algae inside the tank. It is made of safe, health-certified materials that do not interact with water and do not affect its taste or smell. This layer ensures that the water remains clean and suitable for drinking and domestic use.

Fourth layer – Low-density polyethylene layer

The fourth layer is a light and thin layer of LOW DENSITY PE FOAM 654KG/M³. This layer is added to enhance the efficiency of thermal insulation and improve the tank's performance in resisting temperature changes. Despite its lightness, it plays an integral role in achieving an ideal balance between thermal insulation and mechanical durability. Which makes the tank more efficient in keeping the water cool and clean, regardless of weather conditions.

The third layer – the main thermal insulation layer

This layer is the heart of the tank's insulation system and is made of high-density polyethylene foam (PE FOAM). It plays an effective role in preventing the transfer of heat from outside to inside the tank. This keeps the water temperature cool even in hot climates. It also reduces energy consumption if additional cooling systems are used.

First layer – the outer layer

The first layer is the aesthetic and protective interface of the tank. It is a carefully designed outer layer to give the tank an elegant and attractive appearance. At the same time, it acts as a durable shield that protects it from various weather factors such as sun heat, humidity, rain, and dust. This layer is highly resistant to weather changes, which maintains the color and shape of the tank for many years without fading or damage.
